The Sewell Peak walk was nice and peaceful but a lot steeper than i first thought on the way up it got very tough to walk because of how steep it was looking at it it was almost vertical 3.5 kilometres of vertical tasselled road and your legs burnt all the way but when you got to the top the view was amazing spectacular everywhere you looked there was something to see something to gaze at like Runanga Grey mouth Ngahere black ball lake Brunner the cost road it was amazing i could even see my farm.
I think that this relates to NCEA by showing us that it is going to be hard for some people and easier for other and those people need to help the people that are struggling so that everyone can pass and learn.

The first to fly a plane.
The dream of flying is as old as mankind itself. However the concept of the airplane has only been around for two centuries. Before that time men and women tried to navigate the air by imitating birds. They built wings to strap onto their arm or machines with flapping wings called ornithopters. On the surface it seemed like a good plan. After all, there are plenty of birds in the air to show that the concept does work.
The trouble is it works better at bird-scale than it does at the much larger scale needed to lift both a man and a machine off the ground. So folks began to look for other ways to fly. Beginning in 1783 a few aeronauts made daring, uncontrolled flights in lighter-than-air balloons filled with either hot air or hydrogen gas. But this was hardly a practical way to fly. There was no way to get from here to there unless the wind was blowing in the desired direction.
It wasn’t until the turn of the nineteenth century that an English baronet from Yorkshire conceived a flying machine with fixed wings a propulsion system, and movable control surfaces. This was the fundamental concept of the airplane. Sir George Cayley also built the first true airplane a kite mounted on a stick with a movable tail. It was crude but it proved his idea worked and from that first humble glider evolved the amazing machines that have taken us everywhere.

Review of Prezi
- What did you use Prezi for?
To make a review on the freedom writers
- How easy was it to use Prezi?
It was easy to use but had to save because it does not save automatically.
- Did you write straight into Prezi, or use a google doc/slide to plan first?
I wrote straight into prezi.
- What were you pleased about with your Prezi?
Nothing because it did not save.
- Is this the best tool for sharing your knowledge? Why/why not?
No because it is very hard to concentrate on the information because it goes in and out in and out and it does not save automatically.

Tikanga Kotahitanga word meaning
Kotahitanga unity working together if there was no unity there would be war against everyone and the world would turn into chaos with unity everyone can live in peace.
Tikanga Maori Carving
Carving is a way of telling a story, Maori would go out into the forest and find fallen down trees and take them to their village and carve a story because there was no written Maori language, they used green stone tools and slowly a story was made. Now days people go out in boats with big barrels and when the tide is low they attached the barrels to a dead tree that has fallen over and slid down into the river and and when the tide comes in the log floats and then the carver comes and takes the log to the carving stall and they strip it back to the core and use power tools and carve a story or make art.

My writing story
Little helper 2.0
Error! Error! Error! I went out to my kitchen and I saw my robot was flying out the window. Before my robot flies away lets go back to the beginning.
Z land, 2016. I’m a famous inventor who had just made a great invention, called the Little Helper 2.0. But there was only one in the world so everyone wanted to get their hands on it, but then…
It was hacked and was flying out the window, but at the time I didn't know that it was being hacked. But I quickly found out. I ran after it and saw a guy in a black suit with some sort of hacking remote. I watched as my robot flew into a van.
And the van drove off I know what I had to do call the cops. I tried to call the cops but my phone was not working, I will have to get it back myself.
I hopped into my car and I followed the van to a old house. The van went in an underground bunker. I was amazed! I parked my car on the opposite side of the street. I ran to a bush close to the house they were armed with guns and I was terrified. I saw a guard sleeping out the front door so I ran inside. Then there were lots of robots in cages and then I saw a b 2000. Which blocks all phone access but it was not guarded so I snuck to it and then I shut it down. I called the police and they got here very quickly and got all of the Robots free.
All of the robots were put to work. I got my robot, I was made a hero and the hackers were sent to a life sentence in prison. Everything was back to normal or was it? dun dun dun
